What are your hours of operation?
We operate Monday through Sunday from 5 am to 7 pm. We hope to expand to 24/7 soon. Please contact us for rides outside of these business hours.

Yes, you can ride with your own wheelchair or use one of ours.

How much do you charge per ride?List Item 2
We offer flexible pricing based on your needs and can provide a customized quote. The following is our base pricing.
Ambulatory
- $45 one way / $3.00 per mile
- $75 roundtrip / $3.00 per mile
Wheelchair-Accessible or Gurney
- $80 one way / $4.00 per mile
- $150 roundtrip / $4.00 per mile
Additional Considerations
- Wait time: $60 per hour / 15 minute increments

What forms of payment are accepted?List Item 3
Cash, Venmo, Credit Card and Personal Checks (with identification). Payment is due at the time of transport unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.

What is your cancellation policy?List Item 1
All rides can be cancelled for no fee with 48 hours or more notice. While less than 48 hours notice will result in a $40 cancellation fee for ambulatory rides and $75 cancellation fee for all other non-ambulatory rides. Less than 24 hours notice results in a $75.00 cancellation fee for ambulatory rides and $150 cancellation fee for all other non-ambulatory rides.

Can a care person ride with me?
Of course! We are happy to accommodate the request.

Are your drivers First Aid & CPR certified?
Yes, our drivers receive extensive training including becoming First-Aid and CPR certfied. Our drivers also all receive extensive background checks and complete appropriate NEMT training.

Will the driver take me inside? Will the driver stay with me during my appointment?
The driver will take you inside and can even wait with you if arranged for in advance and this will include our wait time fee of $60 per hour.

Are you insured?
Yes, we are covered by a $1,000,000 commercial auto policy and have $2,000,000 in general liability coverage.
